Problem receiving emails

    I am not receiving any new emails to my mailsac address. If I try to send an email to them I get “554 Error: Post stream error: stream ID 285595; INTERNAL_ERROR” So I believe I am being throttled? Is this correct? If I get the private plan with 10 address and add the address I want to my account will they automatically start receiving emails again? This is a big problem for me please let me know how to correct this issue ASAP. Also are emails that are sent to me during this downtime added after I create a paid account or would they need to be resent for me to receive them? Thanks
